Kings Win the Stanley Cup; Heat/Thunder; RQ’s (06-13-12)

A look back at the Stanley Cup Championship as the LA Kings clinched their first ever Stanley Cup Title in Game 6 at Staples Center.   Dave recaps the magic of the Stanley Cup Title run, what it means to LA and just how UNLIKELY the playoffs were for LA.  ALSO on the show, the NBA Finals so far between the Miami Heat and Oklahoma City Thunder.   Has Kevin Durant hit a zone on basketball's biggest stage?  When will Dwyane Wade break from his funk?   Will the Heat have the depth to match the Thunder's bench and what can Miami bring defenisvely to come back and win Game 2?  PLUS:  This week's edition of "Random Questions" with a few surprises to help fill in for Kevin on the Cape.

Kings/Devils So Far; Thunder Win the West; RQ’s (06-07-12)

Dave recaps Games 1-5 of the Stanley Cup Final so far between the Kings and Devils.   The Thrilling Overtime Finishes of Games 1 and 2, the blowout domination in Game 3 for the Kings.   A fight for survival for the Devils and Game 4, and a look ahead to Game 5 at Prudential Center in Newark.   Is it the closest 3-1 series lead so far?  Will the Devils have anything left in the tank?  PLUS: Big comebacks for both the Thunder and Celtics in their respective NBA Conference Finals.  How seemingly beaten teams came back from an 0-2 series deficit to take charge and how the Thunder built upon their comeback and beat the Spurs last night to win the Western Conference.  Full Coverage of the NBA Playoffs, open phones AND Random Questions with Kevin on the Cape in Hour Two.
